3. Note: All W65c134SPL IO pins have bus holding devices.
4. The W65C134SPL does not have the ability of dividing the incoming clock. Therefore, PHI2 is the same frequency as the clock. The 11Q has the ability to divide the incoming clock input by 1, 2 or 4.
